RAM(Randon Access Memory)

RAM : RAM is a random access memory.  RAM is the primary memory of a computer and is made of metal oxide semiconductor technology.  With the computer turned on, the RAM memory first takes the operating system into your memory and then starts operating according to the user's suggestion.

RAMs are manufactured from electronic components.  This causes the electronic components to stop working after the power supply is shut down.
As a result, the instructions and data in the RAM memory are erased so the RAM is called volatile memory.  The instructions and data needed to process the microprocessor.  They are all scattered in the form of splinters.  These instructions and data have an address.  The memory needs to be returned to find this address so it is called random access memory.
The speed of the computer depends on the RAM memory.  Generally the RAM is 256MB, 512MB, 1024MB, 2048MB of memory.  RAM memory is increased to speed up the computer.  For this, the RAM is mounted in the slot.

Two subtypes of the RAM :
1.DRAM memory : DRAM memory is a dynamic RAM, which uses dynamic RAM technology to make high capacity memory chips.  At this point it is possible to assemble a small chip by placing a small number of transistors very close to each other.  Increased storage capacity can be achieved using dynamic RAM technology.  But the charge in the capacitors used in this dynamic RAM technology goes away, so they always have to refresh. An additional, different circuit is added to refresh.  This refreshing process slows down the storage capacity while using it.  But because of its low cost, it is used as the primary memory.

2.SRAM memory : SRAM memory is a static RAM. Once SRAM receives the information, it stays on until the computer is power off. This memories working speed is very high.it doesn't need to be refreshed.  SRAM is created by the Conventional Flip Flop Logic Gate configuration.SRAM is slightly larger than DRAM.  But the speed is very high.  So it costs more than a DRAM.
